Middle school principal sentenced for murder-for-hire plot to kill teacher and her unborn child
Per the terms of the federal Guilty-Plea Agreement, Mr. Green pled guilty to the two charges of (1) Conspiracy to Commit Murder for Hire and (2) Murder for Hire. Because he received life sentences on each of the two counts referenced above, the State of Missouri dismissed charges against Mr. Green in Cause Number 1622-CR04364, a death penalty case.
