Dan Nolan forcefully advocates on behalf of clients at every stage of the criminal justice process, zealously representing those involved in select civil actions, as well. Focusing his attention first and foremost on the needs of clients, Mr. Nolan thoroughly evaluates, communicates, and fights for the most advantageous outcome to an unparalleled degree. With years of experience in a range of practice from impaired driving and their serious administrative consequences to serious felony cases, Mr. Nolan is an integral member of our legal team.
Specifically, Mr. Nolan is well-versed in the rules and regulations governing commercial and non-commercial driver licensing, including Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and Driving Under the Influence (DUI) law; driver's license suspensions, revocations, denials, and cancellations; commercial disqualifications; limited and restricted driving privileges; and reinstatements, including reinstating drivers with 5-year, 10-year, and lifetime denials and disqualifications.
Mr. Nolan received both his undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Missouri and Illinois, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, and United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
