Nicholas Williams, National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) Program Director for the St. Louis and Kansas City Deposition Skills Training Courses, will be teaching a four-part trial skills online course beginning May 22, 2020.
The course consists of four modules, including:
1. Direct and cross examination of lay witnesses;
2. Expert witness examination;
3. Opening statements and closing arguments; and
4. Advanced cross-examination.
The interactive workshop-style online trial skills course will provide attorneys with the opportunity to fine-tune their skills for the courtroom – virtual or live.
